Dr. Jerry L. Turner is a Licensed Educational Psychologist serving students and districts across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. He is the President of Individualized Educational Psychology, Inc., and a nationally recognized speaker and consultant on topics including psycho-educational assessment, special education best practices, and ethical practices in the digital age. Dr. Turner is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, a Certified Mediator with the State Bar of California, and a Consulting Psychologist with the American Psychological Association. His recent work focuses on guiding educational professionals through the complexities of integrating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence within the ethical boundaries of school-based practice.
